Business Visa Applications

If you’re looking to hire a non-EU worker to the UK, then there are certain licenses that you’ll need to get from the UK Boarder Agency. We can help you pull together the right documents and information. Specifically, a Tier 2 sponsorship is required, that effectively is a contract between your Company and the Government and guarantees you’ll comply with duties associated to sponsoring migrant workers.  We’ll help you every step of the way.

Individual Applications - Residency Requirements

There are a several of requirements you need to meet, so that the five year rule applies – we'll go through these in detail with you.  The overall essence is, that you must have been present in the UK at the beginning of the five year period, with the five year period ending the day the Home Office receives the completed application. There are a number of other key factors and one major consideration is that during the five year period your absences have not exceeded 450 days, of which no more than 90 days can be in the last year immediately preceding the application submission date.
